Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal within 7 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Ensure the hair extensions have not been worn, washed, cut, or removed from their original security zip ties, as tampered items cannot be accepted for hygiene reasons.

Secure Packaging

Place the product back in its original packaging along with your invoice and the assigned RMA number to ensure your return is tracked correctly during transit.

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchanged item within 5-7 business days.
